In Rostock, you will supervise concrete tower production stages, assuring the teams have enough manpower and tools, so the set goals established by the company quality standards could be achieved.
YOUR TASKS:
1. Ensure that production follows the processes and specifications established in the Nordex' instructions.
2. Identify problems in the instruction process, implement corrective actions, and control timing, incidents, and instructions.
3. Manage inventories and coordinate with subcontractors departments to meet production schedules.
4. Inform the Quality Manager about any deviations or issues detected during the process.
5. Monitor and improve production quality by checking machinery and communicating with workers or supervisors.
6. Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations are followed during production activities.
7. Maintain and forward daily production reports and collaborate with Global Nordex Team members as required.
YOUR PROFILE:
Higher Education (HNC).
8. Experience in production processes.
9. Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, experience with self-compacting concrete.
10. Expereince as production supervisor or similar position is a plus.
11. Fluent in English.
12. Capable to work in teams.
13. Methodical and analytical skills.
14. Availability to travel within Germany.
