Insurance Contract Administrator Job
We are seeking a motivated and client-oriented professional to support our continued expansion in the German market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with all requests related to their insurance contracts, ensuring high-quality administration of our contracts while contributing to continuous improvements in customer experience.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients throughout the full lifecycle of their insurance contracts.
* Ensure timely completion of tasks within agreed-upon turnaround times, maintaining a high level of customer service.
* Maintain accurate records, including communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Evaluate information accuracy and completeness, obtaining additional information as necessary.
* Collaborate with internal teams to determine premium loadings or exclusions.
* Create new insurance policies and gather required information.
* Undertake other business activities to ensure operational effectiveness.
* Requirements:
* Candidate must be customer-focused, motivated, and detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
* Ability to adapt to an international environment and comfortable using IT systems and standard MS Office tools.
* Previous experience in insurance, healthcare, or customer service is an advantage.
* Fluency in English and German (French or other languages are an asset).
