We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join ourhighly international and dynamic team in a role that bridges commercial operations, master data management, and process improvement. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, commercial operations, and business processes in an international business environment.
What you will do
1. Support in managing and maintaining our ERP and CRM system as well as our eShop, including item master data, customer master data, and pricing/warranty master data
2. Contribute to the review and improvement of commercial processes within our business systems
3. Assist in identifying, improving, and documenting of commercial and business processes
4. Participate in local and international projects, offering insights from master data analysis and providing administrative assistance
5. Collaborate with our customer service team on tasks such as price corrections and order entry for special orders or repairs
6. Maintain and administer reporting and performance tools
7. Participate in the deployment and testing of new commercial system features Qualifications
What you bring
8. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
9. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
10. Proficiency in Excel, with business reporting data analysis features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
11. Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills for improving commercial processes
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems is a plus
14. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
15. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) for business reports is a plus
16. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
17. Fluent in Business English is a must; conversational German is a plus
