As a Business Solutions Architect, you will:
* Architect and lead end-to-end solution design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service, CRM), Salesforce, and e-commerce platforms
* Define integration frameworks, data models, and scalable solution roadmaps
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align architecture with strategic objectives
* Govern architecture standards, ensuring maintainable and secure implementations
* Support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for smooth and agile delivery
* Contribute to platform rationalization and IT landscape simplification
Job Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or a similar leadership role
* Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service, CRM) and Salesforce platforms
* Strong background in e-commerce system integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture
* Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, and DevOps practices
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Microsoft or Azure certifications are a plus
