What You Will Do
1. Sample handling and delivery according to internal and external customer demands
2. Definition of prototype builds schedule and required maturity levels according to the project plan
3. Assessment of internal and external demands for each build, including demands for any accessories needed (cables, adapters etc.)
4. Distribution of Samples to all internal and external teams and customers
5. Coordination of rework, SW update, recollection and scrapping activities
6. Traceability of any individual prototype, including version control and owner
7. Documentation of change history
8. Train employees on proper handling of samples
9. Preparation of sample shipments from engineering team (e.g. assembly, SW update)
10. Preparation of cable-assemblies
11. Maintenance of flashing-stations (establish and e.g. update with latest SW)
12. Documentation of flashing procedures • Communication to production facilities
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
13. Demonstrated experience in participating on multi-disciplinary product development teams
14. Hands-on experience supporting sample builds, engineering samples, or pre‑series hardware
15. Excellent communication skills Requirements:
16. Educational background in electronics, mechatronics, or similar
17. Experience with electronics assembly and rework, including: o Manual soldering of electronic components o Cable assembly and basic wiring
18. Experience with software flashing or updating of prototypes (ECUs, embedded systems, or similar)
19. Familiarity with prototype traceability, sample tracking, and documentation (version control, ownership, change history)
20. Experience preparing engineering samples for shipment, including configuration and documentation
