* Experience: At least 5 years in data management or related roles with a proven track record of successful data initiatives
* Tools: Proficiency with data management tools; knowledge of SAP/HANA is advantageous
* Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or related field, providing a strong foundation in data governance principles
* Skills: Proficient in project management, data quality assurance, vendor master data, and purchasing processes with an understanding of supply chain interdependencies
* Language: Business fluent in English, with an open and trustworthy personality for confident communication at all levels
* Personality: Proactive and collaborative, eager to inspire change and foster a culture of data excellence
