We are seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious professional to join a growing team as an AI Prompt Evaluator. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research, compose, and refine brief prompts that are accurate, imaginative, and consistent with the brand’s voice and style guidelines.
* Design seamless and logical conversational flows to deliver engaging and intuitive user experiences.
* Assist in improving the speech system by developing dialogues on diverse topics, including sensitive or controversial matters.
* Review and verify written content for factual accuracy and adherence to style standards.
* Generate fresh prompt ideas and assess responses to ensure clarity and relevance.
* Maintain a tone that aligns with the brand’s voice and connects well with the target audience.
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Native or fluent Croatian, Hebrew, Japanese or Korean (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills, plus proficiency in English (B2 level).
* Holder of an EU passport with a valid work permit or residency.
* Excellent command of language, grammar, and style to produce clear, engaging, and well-crafted prompts.
* Creative mindset capable of developing innovative prompts and scenarios that attract user interest.
* Skilled in analyzing user feedback and data to refine prompts and enhance conversational flow.
* Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities.
* Able to simplify complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
* Comfortable handling potentially sensitive or challenging content.
