What you`ll do Innovation Management Run startup PoCs end-to-end: from scouting and scoping to execution Translate tech talk into real business outcomes Identify the best-fit startup solutions for real corporate needs Act as a connector between corporates and startups—ensuring clarity, alignment, and results COO Support Support Madlen (our COO) with daily tasks—calendar, travel, emails Create engaging content/assets for customers, LinkedIn or other channels needed Be a sounding board Build and own structures/systems for internal teams Coordinate projects and take ownership of operational tasks Organise client events Stay close to everything that drives the company forward How we hire Straightforward.
