Your area of responsibility
* Design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB)
* Integration of SAP Cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, ADP)
* Development and optimization of interfaces (API, OData, SOAP, REST) between SAP and third-party systems
* Creation of ABAP developments (BADI, BAPI, Web Dynpro) for SAP HCM
* Design and implementation of cloud and hybrid architectures with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
* Development of data architectures with SAP Data Intelligence and Cloud Integration Services
* Error analysis and troubleshooting of interface problems between SAP and SuccessFactors (e.g. SLG1 logs, replication errors)
* Support with the migration of HR data from ERP to the cloud
* Implementation and maintenance of authorization concepts for SAP HCM & Cloud
Your profile
* Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI, CPI), MuleSoft and API-supported integration
* ABAP development (enhancements, reports, Adobe Forms) and Web Dynpro for SAP HCM
* In-depth know-how in SAP SuccessFactors
* Familiar with SAP Security & Authorization Management for HCM & SuccessFactors
* At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors integration or cloud architecture
* Experience in implementing and optimizing interfaces between SAP and third party systems
* Understanding of SAP Payroll relevant data flow as well as Employee & Organizational Data Replication
* Language skills: English (fluent) and German (beneficial)
