Business Development Executive Opportunity

Mitsubishi Electric is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
* Continuously monitor competitors and analyze industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* Submit monthly sales reports to management.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
