What Product Design Looks Like at Agoda As a product designer, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and cross‑functional partners. Together, you drive your segment of Agoda, deliver solutions, and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders. Role in the CEG Team The Customer Experience Group (CEG) is our dedicated support team focused on providing assistance for booking‑related inquiries. As the primary point of contact for customers and partners, the CEG ensures a seamless experience. As a designer on the CEG team, you drive great UX while meeting business objectives. Key Responsibilities Run discovery phases and help define product requirements. Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback. Present your work to peers and leadership, both asynchronously and in‑person. Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all‑hands, and squad meetings. Think and write about your process and detail your decisions. Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across our product family. Lead strategically with a vision for customer‑centric experiences that unite design, business, content, and technology. Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of Driving discovery and ideation workshops and aligning the group around a vision and approach. Crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys. Thinking and crafting at a system level, not just interface elements. Regularly using soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision‑making. Balancing multiple priorities and delivering in a fast‑paced environment. Having 5+ years of full‑time experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or web‑based products; in‑house designer experience highly preferred.
