Tasks
As a Gas Dispatching Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the commercial team with operational and administrative dispatching tasks, including:
* Coordinating and monitoring daily gas dispatching activities from FSRU to the grid
* Tracking gas nominations and ensuring alignment with delivery schedules
* Monitoring gas flows, pressure levels, and inventory balances in coordination with technical teams
* Communicating with terminal users, ship operators, and grid operators to ensure smooth logistics and accurate scheduling
* Maintaining dispatch records, logs, and operational reports
* Supporting month-end reporting and reconciliation activities
* Participating in process improvements and digitalization of dispatching workflows
* Supporting the planning of ship-to-ship transfers in close coordination with the logistics and operations teams
Requirements
We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented candidate with a structured working style and technical interest:
* Completed vocational training or technical education in logistics, energy systems, industrial operations, or a comparable field
* Practical experience in gas, energy, utilities, or industrial dispatching/logistics
* Familiarity with dispatching procedures, control room environments, or terminal operations
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Comfortable using digital tools (Excel, dispatching software, monitoring systems)
* Good command of English (German is an asset)
* Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, or in rotating schedules if needed
* High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
* Big plus if you have experience and knowledge in REMIT
* Nice to have: Experience or knowledge in gas accounting or related energy sector processes
