This is a high‑impact leadership role where you will design and implement the regional talent acquisition strategy, manage a cross‑country recruitment team, and partner with global TA stakeholders to align hiring with business growth and global standards.About the RoleAs Head of Talent Acquisition Europe, you will drive both strategic and operational recruitment activities across the region. You will oversee a team of TA professionals, including Team Managers and recruiters, delivering hundreds of hires annually— from corporate functions to large‑scale academy programmes. You will shape a candidate‑centric, data‑driven TA function that supports the Knowledge Centre\'s long‑term success.What You\'ll Do:Coach and inspire a regional TA team, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusionSet clear goals, KPIs, and SLAs for the TA functionDevelop team members\' expertise in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder managementTalent Acquisition Strategy & OperationsDefine and implement a robust recruitment service delivery model for the regionDrive sourcing innovations and leverage analytics to meet current and future hiring needsOversee end‑to‑end recruitment for all roles, ensuring quality of hire and timely deliveryPartner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to forecast and prioritise hiring needsManage relationships with recruitment vendors and outsourced providersBuild credibility and strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and external partnersCandidate Experience & Employer BrandingChampion an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycleLead employer branding initiatives and university relations programmesContinuously improve recruitment processes based on feedback and market insightsProcess & ComplianceEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all countries of operationCollaborate with Process Owner of TA, product owners, and P\&C Operations to roll out global initiatives and systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)Drive continuous process improvements and leverage technology for greater efficiencyWhat You Bring:Key Skills & ToolsExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong communication in English (both written and spoken)Proficiency with ATS and HR technologies (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow, Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Talent Insights)Analytical, data‑driven mindset with a focus on resultsProfessional Profile10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including several years in a leadership role across multiple countriesProven ability to align TA strategy with business growth in an SSC/GBS environmentStrong people leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing teamsBachelor\'s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)Additional regional languages are a plusWillingness to travel occasionally within the regionEducationReady to Lead Talent Acquisition?
