At our location inWedelnear Hamburg, we are looking for aGlobal Market Access and HEOR Manager (all genders).
Your tasks
* Develop and implement global market access strategies for the whole lifecycleto ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for the company’s urology and hematology portfolio as well as upcoming innovations across key markets
* Lead payer evidence generationplanning, HEOR to support the product value proposition of established and in-licensing products
* Prepare and deliver value dossiers, payer submissions, and evidence packagesto back pricing and reimbursement negotiations
* Evolve the pricing strategyand potential negotiation models (including competitor analysis)
* In-licensing support: Provide market access insights and service for the in-licensing of new drugs, ensuring they meet market access and reimbursement requirements
* Collaborate cross-functionallywith regional market access teams, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial functions to align global strategies with local requirements
Your profile
* Academic degree in health economics, economics or natural sciences
* Several years of professional experience in a market access consultancy or market access role in the pharmaceutical industry
* Expertise and a proven track record in managing, creating, submitting, and defending dossiers projects, and health economic evidence before HTA agencies with a focus on AMNOG; additional background in other European markets is a plus
* Thorough understanding of health economic models and evidence
* Excellent project management skills and intercultural competence
* Team player with openness and ability to work in matrix structures
* Fluent English and German
