Expert Technical Guidance
The Technical Service Manager is responsible for leading and managing technical projects from initial customer inquiry to final product implementation. This involves providing expert technical guidance to customers and working closely with the commercial team to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers on product applications and best practices
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
* Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement new products and services that meet customer needs
* Conducting technical training and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and skills
* Identifying and addressing technical challenges and opportunities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Advanced education in food technology, food science, or a related field
* Strong technical knowledge and skills, including proficiency in JDE and Salesforce
* Proven experience in managing technical projects and teams in the confectionery or bakery sectors
* Creative problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
* Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to customers and internal stakeholders
