This permanent position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external partners and make an impact on STADA’s supply chain operations
You will manage third-party logistics (3PL), overseeing the inbound flow of goods from external suppliers to STADA warehouses while collaborating with procurement to optimize routing based on capacity and inventory.
You perform IDOC cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity between SAP and external Warehouse Management Systems, monitor IDOCs to enable seamless data exchange within the organization and with external partners.
In your role, you will revise the SAP authorization concept to manage authorizations for daily operations.
You will coordinate product launches by acting as the logistics interface for all relevant stakeholders and overseeing logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-efficient performance.
You will review and approve invoices from service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
You collaborate with our 3PLs and internal stakeholders to ensure effective management of product destructions, including the oversight of inventory related to blocked and expired stock.
You will manage yearly stock counting of 3PLs to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
You will handle quality deviations in transport and warehousing while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
You have a high-school diploma with vocational training or a degree in economics, business administration, or logistics.
You bring at least 3 years of experience in warehousing and transportation in an administrative capacity, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
You are fluent in both English and German, enabling efficient communication in an international environment.
You are proficient in SAP and MS Office; An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development
