Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive patient care, including basic hygiene, treatment-based interventions, and specialized nursing procedures
* Administer medications and assist with medical treatments under physician supervision
* Support healthcare teams during clinical interventions and emergency situations (e.g., CPR)
* Maintain accurate patient records using digital health information systems
* Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering emotional support and guidance
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff
* Operate and monitor medical equipment and tools in accordance with safety protocols
* Strictly adhere to infection control, hygiene, vaccination, and occupational safety standards
Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (4 years) or General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) Diploma (3 years) from a state-recognized institution, certified by the Ministry of Education
* Valid registered nurse license (if applicable in home country)
* Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare setting; non-clinical or instructor roles are not eligible
* Age under 40 years at the time of application
* Demonstrated German language proficiency at B1/B2 level, evidenced by:
o A recognized certification (Goethe, Telc, ÖSD), OR
o A written assessment from a qualified DaF (German as a Foreign Language) teacher, OR
o Clear commitment to complete B2-level German language training as part of the program
