Overview Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) for Automotive & Manufacturing sector - Tieto Tech Consulting Full-time Remote Type: Hybrid Job Area: Sales and Business Development Business Unit: Tech Consulting Do you have a strong network in the German Automotive and Manufacturing industries, thrive on identifying opportunities before others see them, and want to shape how industry leaders use technology for competitive advantage? As our Customer Success Manager for Automotive & Manufacturing, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in Germany. You will focus on Champions and Hidden Champions – companies that combine world-class engineering with the ambition to lead in digitalization. Additionally, you will identify opportunities, develop tailored strategies, and help customers unlock the full potential of data, AI, and software to enhance competitiveness, product quality, and customer experience. Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities within Automotive and Manufacturing in Germany Build and deepen long-term executive relationships with key customers and industry partners Understand customer strategies, pain points, and priorities to position TietoTech Consulting’s value propositions effectively Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across business and technology domains Collaborate closely with delivery and solution experts to ensure solutions are feasible, differentiated, and value-driven Represent TietoTech Consulting at industry events and networks, acting as a thought partner to customers Contribute to shaping our go-to-market strategy and strategic partnerships in the region Who we are looking for At least 8 years of experience in consultative IT solution or digital service sales Strong knowledge of Manufacturing or Automotive value chains, processes, and digitalization challenges Proven success in driving business growth and customer acquisition in complex B2B environments Ability to connect technology with business impact (Data, AI, Cloud, ERP, Software Engineering) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written As an individual, you are a networker, self-starter, and challenger who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment We offer A key role in building TietoTech Consulting’s market presence in Germany in our Automotive and Manufacturing Sales team Central Europe Meaningful projects with leading and hidden champions in Europe’s industrial heartland A culture of curiosity, learning, and autonomy, where ideas quickly turn into impact Flexible hybrid work and a truly international team with Nordic values Continuous learning opportunities through global technology and industry programs We look forward to your online application!
