About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT support specialist to administer and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration, including software solutions and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and support the IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of systems and applications.
* Implement and monitor data backup systems to ensure business continuity.
* Set up hardware and software, including Linux system administration, to meet business needs.
* Monitor and administer server and network infrastructures to ensure high-performance computing.
* Analyze and rectify faults to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
* Create and maintain network/system and software documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
* Test and provide first/second level support for software tools provided to partners.
Requirements
* A completed IT technical training or equivalent experience.
* Professional experience in IT administration is highly desirable.
* Good network knowledge and understanding of network infrastructures.
* Excellent written and spoken English skills.
* Experience with internet technologies and web server applications.
* A high level of commitment, flexibility, goal orientation, and ability to work in a team.
