In this role, you’ll actively help shape the future of our DTC business in a hands-on, cross-channel, and customer-focused environment. Working closely with the Head of DTC and our eCommerce team, you’ll play a key role in managing and continuously developing our digital direct-to-consumer initiatives.

Operational Focus
* Take full ownership of the day-to-day management and continuous development of our Shopify webshop and digital sales channels
* Ensure a high-quality, seamless customer journey across all touchpoints, including product pages, search, checkout, and mobile experience
* Plan, implement, and coordinate promotions and campaigns in close collaboration with the Head of DTC
* Support the international expansion of the webshop
* Identify improvement opportunities and proactively drive enhancements across CRM, CRO, UX, and automation
* Design and run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and enable personalized user experiences
* Act as the main point of contact for remote team members on operational topics and ensure quality control of all remotely implemented changes (inventory, product data, content)
* Manage cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders such as Controlling, Sales, and Operations
Analytics & Technical Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), out-of-stock rates, and revenue development
* Prepare regular performance reports and translate insights into concrete optimization measures
* Integrate analytics and marketing tools and actively contribute to tool selection (e.g. CRM, CDP, marketing automation)
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
* A completed degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a comparable qualification, or completed vocational training in a relevant field
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Shopify (Plus) and SAP
* Practical experience managing cross-channel digital campaigns, including email marketing
* Strong operational experience in webshop management, product data maintenance, and UX optimization
* Initial experience with CRM systems, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing
* Basic knowledge of SEO/SEA and performance marketing is a plus
* Confident working with Excel for web and data analysis (e.g. GA4) as well as product uploads
* A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
* Strong numerical skills combined with an analytical mindset
* A collaborative team player who enjoys working in cross-functional teams
* Curiosity for digital trends, tools, and innovations within the eCommerce space
