Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sales & Business Support professional to join our Key Account Management Department.
* You will provide internal support to customer accounts, including receiving and analyzing RFQ's, preparing quotations and back-office work.
* You will develop strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service through effective customer correspondence.
* You will assist in organizing internal customer meetings and supporting the preparation of customer presentations.
* You will verify monthly sales reports and review customer PO's.
* You will manage customer contract reviews and update forecast databases regularly.
* You will analyze and update business plans and budgets.
* You will assist program management meetings and represent sales efforts.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Secondary school education; a Bachelor's degree is considered an asset.
* Hands-on experience with customer communication.
* Administrative skills, data input and analysis expertise.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* An organized personality and ability to follow up on defined actions.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work independently in an international environment.
* Creativity, team spirit and a proactive attitude.
* Fluency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory.
