The ideal candidate will possess:
* A relevant degree in financial education and certifications.
* A background in Corporate banking/Corporate Finance, either through education or practical experience.
* Fluency in English and Dutch.
* Proven experience and expertise in Private Banking, Business development, and relationship management.
* A strong network of mortgage brokers would be an asset.
* Strong knowledge of Private Banking/Wealth Management products and services.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships.
* A high level of integrity and ethics.
* Proven negotiation skills.
* A growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
