Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you'll gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects that drive efficiency, scalability, and growth.
At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the consulting market and startup operations. Operational Excellence: Optimize processes related to finance and operations, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
Accounting Management: Take ownership of accounting, including cash flow management, budget optimization, and ensuring timely payment collections.
Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations is a plus.
Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
