About this position We are scaling across Europe further! We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities for the German market. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a reliable, high-quality pipeline. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys outbound communication, structured work, and clear performance goals. You play a key role in fueling allO’s growth by turning interest into qualified sales conversations. Job Requirements Native or fluent German and English skills Native or professional proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus (e.g. Chinese, Indian languages, Vietnamese, Italian, Turkish) Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred Comfortable with outbound communication and phone-based outreach Structured, reliable, and results-oriented working style Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously Interest in B2B SaaS and the gastronomy or hospitality sector is a plus Job Responsibilities Identify and proactively contact potential restaurant customers, including German and international cuisine businesses Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria Arrange and schedule meetings for Sales Executives Build and maintain a robust pipeline through continuous market research and lead generation Conduct outreach via phone, email, and other relevant channels Follow up consistently and manage leads throughout the early sales stages Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in the CRM Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on lead generation initiatives Develop a strong understanding of allO’s product, value proposition, and target customers Job Benefits What We Offer Startup Environment: A collaborative, fast-paced atmosphere with significant room for personal growth.
