Job Title: Field Service Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our technical support team.
* Technical advisor for customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in system and process engineering.
* Implement preventative maintenance plans, manage spare part inventories, and drive upgrade projects to minimize downtime.
* Perform audits and inspections of safety-critical equipment, produce compliant documentation, and provide ongoing operational support to customers.
* Contribute technical input to service order handling and prepare solution-based quotes.
* Commission systems at customer sites and ensure they run reliably after handover.
* Run application training sessions and provide ongoing operational support so customers use systems effectively.
