Your profile Jung von Matt IMPACT is looking for a Senior Media Consultant & Planner (d/f/m) About you Strong strategic consulting expertise in media In-depth understanding of the national and international media landscape Profound knowledge of integrated media planning (print, online, TV, radio, social media) Strong analytical skills in evaluating market, media and campaign data Confident budget management with a clear understanding of media efficiency and reach models Experience in project steering and interdisciplinary collaboration Ability to prepare all relevant parameters for rate negotiations and coordinate closely with the SEK High communication and presentation skills when dealing with clients and internal stakeholders Strong interest in innovation and openness to new technologies and methods Experience in supporting and mentoring junior colleagues The Tasks Developing tailored media strategies based on client and campaign objectives Creating detailed, integrated media plans across all relevant channels Analyzing market, target group and media data to identify trends and opportunities Planning, managing and optimizing advertising budgets Coordinating and overseeing media projects within interdisciplinary teams Continuously analyzing campaign performance and creating meaningful reports Maintaining close and regular alignment with clients on strategies, progress and optimization measures Preparing all relevant inputs for rate negotiations and collaborating closely with the SEK Identifying and implementing new tools, technologies and ways of working to improve campaign performance Supporting, coaching and developing junior media planners and other team members
