Your Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll join our Go-to-Market team and drive our marketing strategy. Working closely with the founders and Head of Sales, you’ll shape the buyer journey, launch campaigns, and grow our reach. You bring strong communication, structured thinking, and a hands-on mindset—ideally with B2B experience and a passion for ClimateTech.

Your Key Responsibilities
* GTM Strategy:
Co-develop and implement our go-to-market and buyer journey strategies.
* SEO & Content:
Conduct keyword research, optimize our web presence, and drive organic traffic.
* Lead Management:
Design and implement automated lead processes in our CRM.
* Campaigns & Social Media:
Create engaging content across channels and run targeted campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads).
* Webinars & Events:
Plan and host webinars on CBAM, customs, and procurement with expert partners.
What You Bring
* Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an early-stage or SaaS environment
* A hands-on, execution-driven mindset
* Passion for sustainability and ClimateTech
* Excellent communication skills – native German is a must
* A proactive and curious attitude with a willingness to learn and iterate
