Deine Aufgaben
In Rahmen deiner Werkstudierenden Tätigkeit (20h/Woche) warten folgende Themenfelder auf dich:
1. Aktive Kandidaten Ansprache: eigenständige Identifikation und Ansprache geeigneter Kandidat:innen über die gängigen Recruitingkanäle
2. operatives Recruiting: Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen, Bewerberkommunikation
3. Koordination des Auswahlprozesses: Screening, Terminierungen
4. HR-Software-Support: Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte bei Fragen zu unserer HR-Software Personio, inklusive grundlegender technischer und inhaltlicher Unterstützung.
Dein Profil
5. mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Talent Acquisition, insbesondere mit operativem Fokus im agilen, digitalen Umfeld
6. Vorkenntnisse in der HR-Administration, im Arbeitsrecht und in sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Regelungen
7. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
8. Strukturierte, exakte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
9. Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
10. Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, und Bereitschaft, neue Systeme zu erlernen
11. Erfahrung mit HR-Software, insbesondere Personio, ist von Vorteil
12. Teamfähigkeit, proaktive Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln

Your mission

Your tasks
As part of your part-time role (50 - 60%), the following areas await you:
19. Administrative support: Taking on classic administrative HR tasks such as creating certificates and maintaining digital personnel files.
20. Recruiting: creation of job advertisements, applicant communication, appointments.
21. Onboarding and offboarding: Support in the implementation of our onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
22. HR software support: Contact person for employees and managers with questions about our HR software Personio, including basic technical and content-related support.
23. Payroll coordination: interface with our external payroll office to ensure that all payroll processes are handled correctly and on time.
24. Office management: from post to decoration - you own it!
Your profile
25. approx. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, in particular with an operational focus in an agile, digital environment
26. good knowledge of HR administration, labor law and social security regulations
27. very good written and spoken German and English skills
28. structured, precise and careful way of working
29. good communication skills
30. confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and willingness to learn new systems
31. experience with HR software, especially Personio, is an advantage
32. ability to work in a team, proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop
33. willingness to be on site for at least 4 days of your working time (normally)
