Your mission Neptune Software is a leading enterprise low-code development platform enabling organizations to build, deploy, and manage business applications at scale. As Vice President of Product Management, you report to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and own product value, adoption, and outcomes across Neptune’s product portfolio. You are responsible for defining the product vision, validated use cases, and clear prioritization — consistently answering the core question: “What problem are we solving and for whom?” The role long-term focus is to work in close partnership with VP Technology and VP Engineering to translate real customer needs into a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap. Role at a glance Focus: Value, adoption, outcomes Primary domain: Product vision, use cases, prioritization Key outputs: Product roadmap, validated use cases, prioritization Key partners: VP Technology, VP Engineering, Tech Leads Decision ownership: What gets built, when, and why AI role: Defines AI value — what problems AI solves for users What you will do Define and communicate the product vision across Neptune’s portfolio Own and validate customer and partner use cases Translate market and customer insights into clear product outcomes Drive adoption by solving high-value customer problems Track usage, adoption, satisfaction, and business impact Balance needs of developers, citizen developers, and business users Own what gets built, when, and why Prioritize based on customer value and business impact Maintain a 3–24 month roadmap aligned with company strategy Define AI (Naia) value and prioritized use cases Ensure AI delivers measurable customer outcomes Act as the voice of the customer internally Communicate product vision and roadmap externally and internally Partner with VP Technology and VP Engineering on feasibility and delivery Align Product, Engineering, QA, and Documentation on priorities Lead and develop Product Managers Build a customer-centric, outcome-driven product culture Your profile 8 years of product management experience, including 3 years in senior or leadership roles. Proven track record of driving product adoption and measurable outcomes. Strong experience defining product vision, use cases, and roadmap prioritization. Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and outcomes. Experience with enterprise software platforms or developer tools. Excellent communication skills with customers, market, and executive leadership. Data-driven mindset with experience measuring value and adoption. Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers. Preferred Experience with low-code / no-code platforms Background in the SAP ecosystem or enterprise application development. Experience serving both professional developers and citizen developers. Understanding of AI product value (not implementation-focused). SaaS and cloud-native product experience.
