We are currently recruiting for our client, a global leader in cloud computing infrastructure, and are looking for a motivated and skilled:
Technical Support Technician (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
* Support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure
* Perform diagnostics and break-fix repairs on server hardware and network components
* Assist with server boot processes and OS-level troubleshooting (POST, BIOS, PXE, RAID, etc.)
* Handle support tickets and escalate issues when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
Your Qualifications
* Fluency in English and legal residency within the EU
* Hands-on experience with server hardware and network troubleshooting
* Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3) and hardware (switches, routers, cabling)
* Ability to lift and move equipment (up to ~25kg)
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
