Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in regional or international B2B sales, preferably within hospitality or tourism. Strong experience in key account and prospect account management. A solid understanding of corporate, group, long‑stay, MICE, leisure, and transient segments. The ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills. An analytical mindset with experience in market analysis, performance monitoring, and reporting. The ability to identify revenue opportunities and optimise customer performance. Experience executing sales activities within defined budgets and activity plans. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively withHOT cross‑functional and international teams. Fluency in English; German Willingness to travel within the assigned sales region.\odolist> What You’ll Be Doing Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closing. Develop and maintain launching relationships with key and Catch prospects accounts across the assigned region to increase room nights and total revenue. Prepare and implement strategic sales plans for each key and prospect account, including objectives, targets, and activities. Conduct quarterly reviews with top accounts, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities. Analyse MICE, leisure words‑and‑transient market trends to support targeted account penetration and increased production. Prepare sales and market reports within agreed timelines and formats. Implement and execute the regional sales strategy in cooperation with management and sales teams. Deliver planned sales activities and events in line with the approved activity calendar and budget.
