As a key member of the executive team, you will drive operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation in a fast-paced packaging environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives. Oversee procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution across multiple sites. Lead the implementation of S&OP processes to ensure demand and supply alignment. Optimize inventory levels and reduce supply chain costs while maintaining high service levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, R&D, and finance. Drive digital transformation and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain. Manage global supplier relationships and negotiate strategic contracts. Ensure compliance with international trade and logistics regulations. Your Profile Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in global supply chain leadership, preferably in the packaging or process manufacturing sector. Proven success in managing complex, multi-country supply chains. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply chain analytics. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience with lean manufacturing, sustainability, and digital supply chain tools is a plus.
