Your Responsibilities:
* Own and govern SAP authorization and access management across S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP BTP, and cloud services
* Design and maintain role concepts and authorization models aligned with Clean Core principles
* Ensure compliance and security, including SoD management and audit readiness
* Manage user lifecycle processes (provisioning, changes, deprovisioning) across systems
* Lead SAP license management and optimization activities
* Oversee security operations such as patching, certificate management, and vulnerability remediation
* Ensure secure integration between SAP on-premise and cloud environments (IAS, Cloud Connector, etc.)
* Act as Stream Lead for Roles & Authorizations in S/4HANA transformation program
* Govern external service providers and ensure delivery quality
* Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation in SAP security and authorization
Qualifications we are looking for:
* Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable field
* Professional experience in SAP security and authorizations (ECC/S/4HANA) with solid role design expertise
* Strong hands-on expertise in SAP troubleshooting and system analysis, including integrated SAP development environments
* Experience in SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes (e.g., BTP, IAS, integrations, Cloud Connector)
* Strong understanding of compliance, SoD, and audit requirements
* Proven experience in project delivery, ideally within international S/4HANA programs
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
* Willingness to travel internationally as required
