Responsibilities
* Leading an international finance team with a shared service set‑up.
* Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting for all global sites.
* Manage and optimise capital structure, debt and equity financing to support the company’s growth initiatives.
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks and regulatory authorities in different regions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
* Extensive experience in restructuring finance departments and implementing financial process improvements on a global scale.
* Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent strategic planning, financial analysis and risk management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Collaborate with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
