1. Participation in an internationally distributed team of software developers
2. Work with an existing web-based platform for the collection of usage metrics from a standalone desktop application
3. Analysis of user interactions to identify areas for improvement and guide future development priorities
4. Contribution to the exploration of usage data influencing the behavior of other running instances of the application (, file locking, UI changes)
5. Collaboration with software architects and developers for the implementation of backend enhancements and data-driven features
6. Support in the development of a scalable and data-oriented platform architecture
What You Bring
7. Enrollment in a technical or IT-related field of study
8. Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
9. Proficiency in written and spoken English
10. Comfort with working in an international and multicultural environment
11. Experience with object-oriented programming and familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL and DynamoDB)
12. Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: C++, Golang, TypeScript, or Python, and familiarity with Git and version control workflows
