The ideal candidate will have:">

* Proven track record in field sales development (minimum 3 years)

* Native or near-native German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Strong command of English for working in an international context; French is an advantage

* Comfortable with frequent travel (several days per week)

* Technical aptitude – able to quickly understand complex products and present them clearly and persuasively

* Self-driven, well-organised, results-oriented and highly customer-focused

* Proficient with digital tools (CRM, reporting, office suite) to effectively track sales activity

* Full, clean driving licence (Category B) essential

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, assessing client needs and offering tailored technical solutions.">
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating effectively and closing sales to achieve and exceed targets.">
You will also represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs and product demonstrations.">
Work closely with technical and internal sales teams to successfully deliver projects.">
