Our client, a specialist in the real estate sector, is undergoing a strategic transformation following the acquisition and merger of several real estate and construction companies. As part of this restructuring, the Luxembourg finance team is looking for an experienced accountant, fluent in French and German, to manage financial operations and act as a key contact with the German teams.
Experienced RE Accountant - Your responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyze financial statements
* Manage bank reconciliations and day-to-day accounting
* Serve as main point of contact for audit and tax matters
* Handle accounting related to real estate activities in Germany (GER GAAP knowledge not required)
* Close collaborate with the German team, some of whom do not speak English
Experienced RE Accountant - Your profile:
* Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Luxembourg, ideally in the same area of expertise (Real estate, Property management, …)
* Fluent in French and German
* Experience with tax and VAT matters (mostly outsourced)
* Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
Experienced RE Accountant - We offer:
* Flexible working hours (between 7h and 10h) and up to 2 days remote work per week (rotation within Luxembourg team)
* Attractive salary based on experience up to 000€ gross per year (x12) plus 30 days annual leave and training budget. A discretionary bonus could be added.
