* Developing software and machine-learning algorithms for internal use by scientists conducting biopharmaceutical formulation development
* Conducting molecular modelling analyses of protein / peptide biopharmaceuticals and small molecule synthetic drugs to identify stability risks and other molecular liabilities
* Providing scientific advice to support commercial activities such as project acquisition
* Supporting scientific publications and representing Leukocare at conferences
* Maintenance of high software standards, including dockerization, documentation, testing, CI and code review
* Supervision of bachelor's and master's students
* Master's degree or equivalent in Bioinformatics, Computational Chemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics, Biochemistry, or a related field (PhD is a plus)
* Excellent skills in Python, pandas, and data analysis
* Software development experience (pull requests, ticket systems)
* Strong communication skills in English
* Collaborative mindset and experience in communicating with scientists to analyze experimental data; experience with protein science or biopharmaceutical development is a plus
* Experience in working within a cross-functional environment, with the ability to turn complexity into clarity during conversations with non-subject matter experts, is a plus
* Experience with docker and development of machine learning models is a plus
* Experience with molecular modelling visualization tools or molecular dynamics is a plus (CCG MOE, Schrodinger, PyMol, Gromacs)
