Role
Being a Product Security Intern on a Smart Energy Team is an exciting role and these here are your most important tasks:
* Assist in security policy development: support the team in refining product security policies and guidelines;
* Support security compliance efforts: help ensure our products comply with relevant security standards and regulations;
* Learn and research security trends: stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies, and share findings with the team;
* Assist in incident response: support the team in responding to security incidents and help with basic information collection and documentation tasks.

About
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for you to have:
* Availability to work 40 hrs/week in our office in Munich, Germany (no remote work is possible)
* We prefer candidates who can start in September
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field;
* Basic understanding of data protection, product compliance and system/network security principles;
* Strong problem-solving, and communication skills;
* Proficient in English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level), Chinese is a big plus;
* Familiarity with frameworks like GDPR, IEC 62443;
* Previous internship or project experience in cybersecurity or compliance is a big plus
