This role plays a strategic part in expanding Eatonu2019s footprint across the Northern Region. What youu2019ll do: As Business Development Manager White Space, you will: Develop sales of Eatonu2019s EMEA White Space portfolio (Rack PDUs, IT racks, IT connectivity u2013 fiber & copper, KVMs, ATS, softwareu2026). Manage a portfolio of key Data Center accounts across the Northern Region and a dedicated geographical territory. Promote Eaton White Space solutions to endu2011users, consultants, integrators, VARs, channel partners and Eaton salesforces. Identify and optimize routeu2011tou2011market strategies in alignment with Eatonu2019s sales organisations. Support recruitment and engagement of new Data Center integrators to strengthen the ecosystem. Use Eaton CRM to identify opportunities, engage decision makers and coordinate pipeline review with Country Sales Organizations. Lead customer project coordination (selection with Preu2011Sales & PM, tenders, quotations, project deployment followu2011up). Provide win/loss analysis, market insights, competitive intelligence and customer feedback. Contribute to product and financial forecasts. Qualifications: Engineering degree preferred (or strong technical credibility in IT / electrical / telecom). 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, ideally within IT, Telecom, or Data Center industries. Solid understanding of White Space applications (racks, connectivity, rack PDUs, ATS, monitoring/software). Experience with multiu2011country / matrix organizations appreciated. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Strong negotiation, autonomous working style, entrepreneurial mindset. Business-level English required. Skills: Technically curious, customeru2011centric, solution-driven. Able to navigate complex ecosystems and work cross-functionally. Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
