6. End-to-End Program Leadership: Drive programs from initiation and strategic planning through execution, monitoring, control, and successful closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
7. Program Planning & Definition: Develop comprehensive program plans, including defining scope, schedules, and budgets, and establish project charters.
8. Resource & Team Management: Estimate, acquire, and develop the necessary resources and teams for program success.
9. Risk & Quality Assurance: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and processes.
10. Stakeholder & Communications Management: Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and develop robust communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.
11. Financial & Procurement Oversight: Control program costs within approved limits and manage all necessary procurements.
You excel in
12. Education
13. Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
14. Experience & Skills
15. 5+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
16. Proven experience in leading complex IT initiatives and programs.
17. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
18. Demonstrated technical expertise relevant to IT program management.
19. Ways of working
20. Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications are a plus).
21. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
22. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
