Bauleiter Bodenmanagement (m/w/d) – Private Residential Construction

Responsibilities
* Clarify underground utility and mining measures
* Lead abbruch, sanierungs, erdbau and erschließungs measures in planning and execution phases
* Define scheduling for erschließung, abbruch, erdbau and freianlagen in coordination with hochbau construction lead
* Control subcontractors regarding schedule, quality and cost compliance
* Assist in regular creation of project overhead invoices
* Invoice control of specialist engineer and subcontractor services
* Responsible for guarantee return and flawless handover in erschließungs area
Qualifications
* Completed degree in civil engineering / architecture or comparable qualification
* Minimum three years of experience in the above field
* Strong technical and commercial understanding
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Good German language skills
* Ability to work independently and goal‑oriented, with strong communication and organizational talents
