The company is a recognised leader in its sector (Wholesale) and is investing heavily in a group-wide SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors transformation to modernise its HR and business operations. Project Background: A significant HR transformation programme is underway, focused on replacing legacy custom solutions with standardised, scalable processes via SuccessFactors and S/4HANA. As part of this journey, the company is expanding its internal team to take long-term ownership of SuccessFactors configuration and process governance. Several senior team members are approaching retirement, so the client is proactively onboarding new internal experts to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational continuity. The Role: We are looking for a well-rounded SuccessFactors Consultant to support the company’s evolving global HR systems landscape. This role is suited to someone with strong configuration experience across one or more modules of SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, or Learning) and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You’ll join a central team working across countries and functions, focused on system optimisation, business engagement, and ensuring SuccessFactors is delivering full value. Key Responsibilities: Configure and optimise SAP SuccessFactors modules according to business needs Serve as the interface between HR and IT during transformation and steady-state operations Support system enhancements, testing, and rollout planning Ensure global consistency while addressing local compliance needs Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners Contribute to the development of internal SuccessFactors ownership and knowledge base Requirements: Hands-on configuration experience in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, RM, ONB, LMS etc.) Experience supporting large-scale HR system transformations or optimising existing SuccessFactors setups Strong analytical and communication skills German language skills (minimum B2 level ) required – stakeholders and users are German-speaking Willingness to be onsite 3–4 days per week in Switzerland or southern Germany
