We are looking for a (Senior) Manager Strategy & Corporate Regulation Customer Solutions (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.
Are you ready to help reshape the future of energy retail? We are looking for a forward-thinking, digitally native strategist and innovator to join our central Strategy & Transformation team.
As a (Senior) Manager Strategy & Corporate Regulation Customer Solutions Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the regulatory framework of E.ON's Customer Solutions, and strategy of E.ON's Energy Retail business across multiple regions.
You will work closely with central leadership, regional units, top executives, and political affairs and communication department to position E.ON as a playmaker in shaping the regulatory framework.
Your Responsibilities: Manage political and regulatory matters as well as coordinate national and international corporate units on the Customer Solutions side of E.ON SE.
Shape the Energy Retail segment strategy by ensuring a continuous link and alignment between the strategy and the regulatory requirements.
Continuously monitor, interpret and anticipate energy policy and regulatory trends, as well as market developments impacting the Customer Solutions business.
Coordinate the alignment between Energy Retail strategy and the regulation activities by combining your extensive expertise in energy economics with deep strategic and commercial insight to assess the impact of regulation on the strategy.
Create an approach to shift from reactive and following towards shaping the regulatory environment via co-creative approaches by positioning E.ON as regulators partner to shape a energy transition enabling regulatory framework.
Ensure efficient and targeted information sharing and communication across the organization to support decision-making.
Enable the strategy by positioning Customer Solutions proactively in legislative and regulatory shaping processes, guiding the relevant corporate units with authority.
Represent the interests of Customer Solutions convincingly and take a clear, decisive stance in complex regulatory matters.
Build and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and influence at all levels.
Your Profile: University degree, ideally in (energy) economics, political science, or law.
Several years of experience in energy, energy policy, strategy, and business functions relevant to E.ON Customer Solutions.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinker, capable of identifying complex interrelationships, structuring them effectively, and communicating key messages with clarity and precision.
Strong result-oriented mindset, translating regulatory requirements into actionable strategies, products, and solutions.
Experienced in stakeholder management; assertive, inspiring, and open-minded, with a high degree of adaptability and readiness for change, able to motivate teams and deliver results.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills Proficiency in modern communication tools and AI; advanced Excel skills.
Professional fluency in German and English.
Soft Skills: A visionary mindset and hands-on mentality.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholders.
Collaborative team player who thrives in agile environments.
Strong networking skills and the drive to implement rapid change.
