The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a proven track record of designing and leading global Talent agendas at an executive level. They will possess excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and link talent initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading Global Talent Management Programs: Design and implement programs to develop and engage employees, including leadership development, learning, succession planning, and performance management.

* Advising Senior Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and Global Leadership Team on all Talent-related topics.
">
* Driving Key Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to drive key initiatives such as 360° feedback, mentoring, coaching, and organizational talent reviews.
">
* Fostering Company Culture: Develop and implement programs to foster a strong company culture and boost employee engagement.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

* Senior HR Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5+ years in a strategic Talent or Leadership Development role.
">
* Global Talent Agenda Expertise: Proven ability to design and lead global Talent agendas at an executive level.
">
* Strategic Thinking: Strong presence and credibility to influence and challenge senior leadership.
">
* Business Acumen: Ability to link talent initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
">
* Leadership Experience: Experienced people leader with a successful track record of managing and developing international teams.

* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
