What You'll Do:
* Deliver high-quality travel support via chat, phone, and email
* Manage bookings for flights, hotels, rail, and car rentals with accuracy
* Guide clients on self-service features within the platform & mobile app
* Ensure compliance with company and client-specific travel policies
* Share insights to help improve processes and client satisfaction
* Stay up to date with travel suppliers, products, and industry trends
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent German (C2) + strong English (B2+)
* At least 1 year of hands-on GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
* Background in customer service, ideally within travel & hospitality
* Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
* Tech-savvy: Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce knowledge a plus
* Available for structured onboarding (10 weeks, no time off except weekends)
