Your seat to fill:
1. You act as a central point of contact for the Heads, handling correspondence, prioritizing requests, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders
2. You provide direct executive assistance to the Heads, including preparation of agendas and presentations
3. You prepare and carry out customer visits to the Bayreuth Campus
4. You will support upcoming product launches and/or company events, including the quality of the showroom
5. You are jointly responsible for creating guidelines and keeping them up to date
6. You research and act as an interface to various suppliers and carry out supplier comparisons
Your stroll to CYBEX:
7. You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on marketing
8. You have good knowledge of MS Office
9. You have very good spoken and written German and English skills
10. You have a driver’s license
11. You have a hands-on mentality, high motivation and have excellent communication skills
12. Your understanding of lifestyle and design characterizes you
13. You are a structured, detail-oriented and can work independently
14. You have a strong service mentality and excellent organizational skills
