The person in this role s upports the development and execution of sales communications to drive product awareness and dealer engagement. Creates and distributes sales materials, maintains databases and dealer portals, and assists with promotional launches. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely communication and brand consistency across all channels. Additional responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of marketing tools, preparing reports, and troubleshooting issues to support overall marketing objectives. Creating Sales Materials: Supports new product and promotion launches though newsletters, price lists, and updating dealer facing websites. Prepares reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required. Assists in creating, printing and distributing price lists and sales support tools. Assists in developing communications, promoting products and coordinating production of printed and online materials. Databases: Coordinates and maintains databases, including data input, product detail verification, photo preparation/storage, and language translations. Assists in maintaining the B2B and/or Dealer Portal websites and prepares online marketing advertising for sites as needed. Troubleshoots issues in collaboration with internal teams. Collaboration: Partners with various internal and external individuals to share marketing information. Evaluation: Assists in reviewing efficiency, value and impact of marketing tools on marketing initiatives. Prepares communication tracking statistics and informs appropriate teams. Brand Support: Ensures the organization’s brand initiatives and messaging are accurately represented in sales communications and tools. Other Performs other duties as assigned. What you need to succeed: Education: Associates degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of sales communications support experience. Understanding of HTML as well as other web-based applications. Familiarity with B2B portals, dealer websites and online tools. Skills in desktop publishing and graphic design. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with a variety of individuals, identify and solve problems, and assist with the development of marketing communications. Skills and experience supporting multiple projects from inception to execution simultaneously. Demonstrated skills in and knowledge of organizing/promoting product sales. Excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task. Fluent in German and English and an ability to effectively work in a multi-lingual working environment. Demonstrated creativity while following brand guidelines and global campaign initiatives. General understanding and knowledge of the printing process and printing various marketing collateral.
