Main Roles & Responsibilities Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and selection. Design and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms to reach diverse and international talent pools. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a smooth, transparent, and effective recruitment journey. Ensure a positive and respectful candidate experience for every applicant, regardless of the outcome. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our ATS (Personio). Actively support employer branding initiatives, helping position FSC as an employer of choice. Plan and develop university partnerships, supporting student outreach, internships, and early-career programs. Represent FSC at career fairs and recruitment events, sharing our mission and opportunities with future talent. Your profile You have at least 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting, ideally supported by a degree in HR or a related field. You enjoy working in a global, multicultural environment and collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and time zones. You are fluent in English. You are comfortable using ATS and sourcing tools, ideally with hands-on experience in Personio and social recruiting. You bring a creative mindset, always exploring new and innovative ways to attract and engage talent. You are well organized, able to manage multiple hiring processes while staying proactive and positive. You are a strong communicator, building trust easily with candidates and hiring managers alike. Nice to have: Experience in the non-profit, environmental, or sustainability sectors, and a good understanding of DEI-focused hiring practices. Why us?
