For this key position, we are seeking a dedicated individual who will manage our systems, further develop processes, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure.
IT Process Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities
* Maintenance of our ERP systems Powerbird and TAIFUN
* Support with error analysis, updates, and process optimization
* Maintenance of interfaces to DATEV and other systems
* Creation and maintenance of reports, forms, and analyses
* Planning and managing hardware, tablets, and smartphones
* Assisting with Windows updates, VPN connections, and client management
* Serving as the point of contact for employees regarding IT and software questions
* Coordinating with external IT partners and software vendors
What we’re looking for
* Experience in IT support, system administration, or process organization
* Technical understanding of software, hardware, and networks
* Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
* Proactive attitude and a passion for helping shape things
* Ideally, experience with ERP systems or business software
